Student Made TriCaster Tutorial - Silent Film
May 24, 2016 by Chuck Baker
Students at Boardman High School in Ohio made a light-hearted mini-tutorial in silent-film style with a few basic points about the TriCaster, plus white-balancing a camera, for local Education Access channel, BSTN. The project was written, produced, directed and shot by Nicholas Cessna and Dana Lundy, and featured Jett Ventresco as the student who needs a little guidance in coming to grips with video production. Topics covered for the TriCaster are powering up the system, initiating a new project, and adding pre-recorded content to TriCaster using a flash drive.
Boardman Schools Television Network is a partnership between Boardman Schools, Boardman Township, Boardman Park and Armstrong Cable providing the local community with news, information and entertainment, while educating students. In addition to cable access channel 19, BSTN also has inaugurated a YouTube Channel, BSTN TV.
